Arnetta Koger

Arnetta Koger is Dean of Instruction at Montbello Career Technical High School.

Before that she was a school leader at Denver Center for International Studies at Montbello for seven years.  She has had the pleasure of taking students on excursions and community service learning trips to NYC, Puerto Rico and Africa.  Arnetta has been an educator for over twenty years.  She holds a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Education both from Chicago State University. Arnetta is currently pursuing her Doctorate at the University of Denver through the Morgridge College of Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.

Arnetta served our country for over ten years as a U. S. Army Air Defense Artillery officer during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.  

Arnetta loves to travel and has been to 44 of our 50 states. She has visited Uganda, Rwanda, the UAE, the Middle East, Central America and the Caribbean.  Arnetta enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, shopping, music, sports and volunteerism.  She cherishes those moments and time that she spendswith her beautiful children, family and friends.
